As part of our Neighbourhoods team, you’ll provide housing, income and tenancy management services to tenants, customers, stakeholders and leaseholders.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Allocation and letting of properties
  • Tackling anti-social behaviour and breaches of tenancy
  • Working on a range of tenures including lease and repair, ForLiving private rental properties, ethical lettings agency and shared ownership properties
  • Engaging with tenants, customers, stakeholders and leaseholders
  • Working alongside other teams and services including Community Safety, Income Management and Finance
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with contractors, landlords, local authorities and other external agencies

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience of leasehold or property management services
  • Customer service and communications skills
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice
