Getting things done

City West is spending over £200 million in the next five years on improving the homes, estates and housing services in west Salford.

Since we launched in October we've spent over £35 million on improvements to homes. The works have included replacement doors, new double glazing, new central heating systems and replacement roofs.

You can find out more about what we've already done and what we're planning the next 18 months here, but this is just the start. City West is here for the long term, and over the next 30 years we'll be spending over £900 million getting all homes up to a great standard, and keeping them there.
