As well as important roles working with customers in our communities we also employ trade staff within our repairs and maintenance team at City West Works. Cat Taylor
Cat Taylor - Neighbourhood Manager

Cat Taylor is a Neighbourhood Manager and is based at our Eccles Area Office; one of four area offices across West Salford.

Cat said: "Working at City West is both fast paced and challenging and is extermely rewarding. Working as part of the Neighbourhood and Communtiites team we deal with a variety of enquiries on a daily basis both face to face, by phone and also by email, we never really know what each day will bring.

Nick Traynor - Income Manager

Nick is the Income Manager at City West. His role includes rent collection and ensuring we offer the best possible financial support and advice to our customers.

Nick said: "Working for City West has provided me with an abundance of opportunities to learn, develop and improve myself through their vast and varied optional training courses.

"As well as promoting a positive and professional working culture they offer a fun factor with a wide range of charity fund raising and volunteering events."

City West Works also offer the opportunity for organisations to take advantage of our low cost accredited IOSH, CIEH and CSCS courses and more. City West is an accredited CAA NVQ Centre and training is designed to improve delegates knowledge and skills and cover a variety of subjects areas.
