    Assistant Director of Neighbourhoods

    Born and brought up in Stockport, Martyn began his career in housing almost 20 years ago as a Housing Assistant at Salford City Council, remaining with the organisation until the stock transfer to City West Housing Trust in 2008.

    Since then, he has held a variety of roles within City West’s Neighbourhood service. In June 2015 he became Assistant Director of Neighbourhood where he is responsible for ensuring that City West delivers excellent services to its customers.

    Martyn’s experience and understanding of working closely with customers has given him a passion for empowering communities and working in partnership to positively impact people’s lives.

    Neighbourhoods and Communities Lead

    Rebecca began her career in housing over 15 years ago and has gained experience of working for both traditional and stock transfer associations.

    Rebecca undertakes a strategic and operational role in ensuring the effective delivery of neighbourhood services and community development across City West Housing Trust.

    Since joining the organisation in 2008, Rebecca has undertaken a variety of different management positions within the Neighbourhoods team, using her knowledge, experience and skills across all functions to undertake the role of Neighbourhoods and Communities Lead which she began in October 2014.

    Rebecca describes herself as having a great passion for social housing, leading a dedicated and committed team in providing excellent services to customers. Rebecca works with her team collaboratively to unlock customers’ potential and inspire people and communities to achieve the best possible outcomes.
