City West will do everything we can to make your move a smooth one. We will make sure your new home is ready for you by ensuring:

An electrical safety check had been conducted and all repairs are complete
A gas safety check has been carried out by our gas contractors
Non-standard gas and electrical fittings and appliances have been removed
The locks to front and rear doors have been changed and you have 3 keys for each lock
All rubbish is removed from in and around your home along with the belongings of former occupants
