Our aim is to put customers at the heart of everything we do. We encourage customers to be involved at every level of the organisation and there are many different ways to do this.

As part of the dedicated service to you we offer expert money advice to anyone seeking help with their finances. Our money advisors are based in all areas of West Salford and are ready to help you.

Further information on the support available to you is available, from looking after your home to the ways that you can let us know how we can help or how we can improve. You can also report any issues of anti-social behaviour to our in-house ASB team.
