Our aim is to help you live as independently and happily as possible.

This is why we’re always happy to help and support you, whatever it is you need. See the ways that we can support you and find out about the services we offer to our customers and how City West will support you throughout your tenancy.

Our aim is to put customers at the heart of everything we do. We encourage customers to be involved at every level of the organisation and offer 15 different ways to do this. As part of the dedicated service to you our Money Advisors offer expert money advice to anyone seeking help with their finances.

Further information on the support available to you is available, from looking after your home, how to save energy and stay warm, to the ways that you can let us know how we can help or how we can improve. You can also find out about anti-social behaviour (ASB) and report any ASB issues.
