City West Investment Programme
Over the next 5 years City West will be investing over £235 million improving our homes, neighbourhoods and communities.
Our investment programme, unto March 2014, has now been finalised in line with the offer document.
The Board of City West, after extensive consultation with tenants, housing management and responsive repairs, has agreed the following internal and external refurbishment programmes.

Scoping Survey
Between six to twelve months prior to any work commencing we will undertake a scoping survey on your property. The survey will determine exact improvements we will make and ensure we meet our standards, the governments and the promises we made to you.
No decisions have yet been made on the improvement works to our sheltered housing schemes and housing designated for older people. A number of options are currently being evaluated.
