Delivering Excellent Customer Service
A half day interactive session exploring what customer care is, what behaviour is expected onsite and communication skills. £40 +VAT pp
Health and Safety
We offer various qualifications including:
- IOSH Working Safely £95 +VAT pp
- IOSH Managing Safely £295 +VAT pp
- CIEH Health and Safety in the Workplace Level 2 £80 +VAT pp
- Principles of CIEH Manual Handling Level 2 £40 +VAT pp
- CIEH Conflict Resolution and Personal Safety £80 +VAT pp
Equality and Diversity
Participative half day course delivered using a variety of different learning methods including several best practice case studies. £40 +VAT pp
CSCS Training and Revision
Half day course to prepare for the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) Health and Safety Test. Includes a revision book, interactive revision, test and card application. £100 +VAT pp
First Aid
We offer a range of first aid courses:
- First Aid at Work - 3 days. £155 pp +VAT pp
- First Aid at Work re-qualification - 2 days. £120 pp +VAT pp
- Emergency First aid at Work - EFAW 1 day. £80 +VAT pp
