There are now 11 Service Excellence Groups in place which are aligned to the 6 standards and requirements of the Tenant Services Authority (TSA) Standards Framework.

These are:

Neighbourhood & Community
Allocations
Value for Money
Governance
Financial Viability
Environmental

Over the next few months the groups will be focusing on delivering key activities in relation the TSA standards and research & adopting best practice as part of our self assessment process.

We'll be developing pages for each so you can see the latest news and review what the groups have been up to.

One of the inovative ways that we are involving our customers is through a series of "Dragons Den" challenges conducted by our Housing and Neighbourhood Services team.
