City West recognises that you may wish to work from home, whether employed or in running your own business as either an individual, partnership or limited company.

We have a flexible approach to customers who want to work from home in one of our properties. Providing that your business or work does not breach any planning laws, your tenancy agreement or cause nuisance or disturbance to other people in your neighbourhood we will normally give permission.
