Online - allpay

Online – allpay

You can pay your rent and other one-off payments online by visiting our secure payment site, set up with our partner – allpay. All you will need is your tenant details and a credit or debit card. Go to www.allpayments.net or call the automated IVR line – 0330 041 6497

The allpay app is available to download from the Apple App Store and Google Play. It’s free of charge and you can pay bills at the touch of a button. You can also store your payment reference numbers, bankcard details and payment amounts, so you don’t have to enter them every time. For security, you can create a four-digit pin number.

From your feedback, we know that understanding and viewing them can be overwhelming, especially if you are struggling to pay or trying to get back on track with your payments. We have produced some information to help you understand your rent statement and answer any questions you may have.

Did you know 2024 is a 53 week year?

This means that the rent year has 53 weeks instead of 52, to keep in line with the calendar year. From Monday 1 April 2024, you will need to pay for 53 Mondays, which is the day your new rent starts, rather than 52.

Text Payment

Register online at www.allpayments.net/textpay to start texting your payments. You will need a UK-registered mobile phone, your payment card, a credit or debit card and an email address.
All you need to do is text 81025 with the following details: “Pay (enter your allocated password)” followed by the amount you want to pay and the last four digits of your credit or debit card.
