You will be given a detailed breakdown of rent and other service charges when you sign your Tenancy Agreement and shortly after you move in you’ll receive your rent payment card.
If you pay a service charge (which covers things like cleaning, lighting and heating of communal areas), this is usually added to the rent so you will pay one overall figure.

You can now pay your rent via text message. To begin texting your payments, you need a UK-registered mobile phone, a valid Allpay swipecard and a current debit or credit card. You then need to register online.
The allpay App is a brand new mobile application (App) available to download from the Apple App Store and Google Play (formerly the Android Market) for your Apple or Android Smartphone.
The allpay App is available free of charge and enables you to pay bills easily, wherever you are, at the touch of a button. What’s more, once you have logged into your account via the App, you can store all your payment reference numbers, bank card details and payment amounts so you don’t have to enter them every time. Plus you can create a 4 digit pin number to access the App so you don’t need to go through a lengthy login process every time to use it.

Your rent is calculated using Government guidelines, depending on the size, location and value of your home. You will receive a Rent Statement every three months telling you the rent due, payments you have made over the last 13 weeks and whether you are in credit or in arrears. You can ask for a Rent Statement to keep up to date with charges and payments on your account. If we make any changes to rent or service charges we will give you at least 4 weeks written notice.
