Best Practice Register

We’ve developed an innovative new method of getting the very best out of our contractors. The “Best Practice Register” ensures that when a contractor says they will go the extra mile, customers are not left disappointed. The register is already showing some considerable results. Over the past few months our contractors have completed an additional 42 schemes on top of the work they were originally scheduled, some examples can be found in the making a difference section of this website

Examples include Bramall Construction who created a bespoke City West code of conduct into a small fold out book which is given to each operative & staff member at induction and is kept behind their ID badge (for future reference) at all times.

Emanuel Whittakers are now using eco-friendly materials to carry out any external works. They also report any additional repairs they noticed whilst working on customers home to our Repairs Service Centre.
