We believe in setting ourselves ambitious targets for the services we deliver to you, to improve the standards of your homes, and to develop and improve the communities in which you live. 

This section provides an overview of how we are doing overall, and also provides information in the you said, we did section about how we've risen to feedback given to us by our customers.

Monthly performance against our key targets:

  • Dealing with your complaints
  • Reducing rent arrears
  • Repairs Service Centre
  • Repairs and Servicing
  • Re-letting homes (Customer Inspectors Findings)

We also monitor our performance based on our customer satisfaction surveys.

Our Customer Performance Report 2010 provides the details of how we performed during the last financial year. Alternatively, you can read the quarterly performance reports on this page to get a detailed insight into how we are performing.
