STAR - Customer Satisfaction Survey

This February, Kwest Research will carry out a customer satisfaction survey on behalf of City West. The survey will be posted to a randomly selected sample of City West customers and leaseholders.

This survey gives City West the opportunity to find out what our customers think of our services and how they would like us to work to improve. City West carried out a similar survey two years ago and used this to review and improve our services.

All information provided in response to the survey will be treated confidentially and City West will not be advised on individual responses in relation to customer satisfaction levels. City West will report back to customers and other stakeholders on key areas of our performance.

All customers who complete and return the survey will be automatically entered into a prize draw with the chance of winning £250.
