Customer Forum in Irlam

City West consulted customers on plans for the current sustainability audits at the latest customer forum in Irlam.

The forum, held at Cadishead Community Church, gave customers the opportunity to discuss the issues and the plans for their neighbourhood. The sustainability audits will inform City West where it needs to focus its own resources and services and where it needs to work with other agencies to encourage them to provide additional resources to improve or enhance wider neighbourhood services.

Customers at the forum were asked for their views on the new neighbourhood boundaries that had been drafted in consultations between City West and its customers.

There was also an opportunity for customers to discuss repairs and maintenance and the ongoing investment works in the area with key members of staff.

Customers were also given the chance to register their interest in joining their Local Area Panel and attending the customer conference and awards in October.
