100% compliance of valid CP12 gas safety certificates

We have achieved 100% compliance of valid CP12 gas safety certificates. This legal document shows the gas appliances in the property are in a safe and working condition.

The achievement comes after access was gained to all of City West’s properties, which require an annual gas safety check to take place.

It is the first time that City West, in partnership with Liberty Gas, have reached the 100% target, which is thanks to the hard work of the teams involved.

In May 2011, 25 homes were without a CP12 certificate. City West have since gained entry to each property ensuring that the 100% target is met.
