Management Board

The Board of City West is responsible for exercising all the powers of City West. It directs City West’s affairs by setting strategies and policies.

Day to day management is delegated to City West’s Executive Officers, who are appointed by the Board. All Board Members have responsibility for its decisions. Each acts only in the interest of City West and not on behalf of any constituency or interest group.

The Board meets at least 10 times per year.

The Members of the Board have a range of skills, experience and qualities required to take decisions and monitor City West’s performance in a fast moving economic and regulatory environment. Tenant Board Members have the same rights and responsibilities on the Board as other Board Members.
