Making a difference to our customers’ lives is our top priority.

We also know many individuals and groups also make a difference where they live. Thats why we celebrated these people at our second annual Customer Awards on 20th September 2011 at the Lighthouse in Eccles.

From our huge regeneration programme to encouraging customers to form residents’ groups, City West is supporting you.

Fairway - Single Equalities Scheme

In February 2011 we launched our Single Equalities Scheme, Fairway. The scheme has been developed with our Board, customers, staff and partners to set out our approach to equality and diversity. It outlines how we will comply with legislation and our commitment to being an inclusive, fair and supportive service provider and employer. This scheme will be delivered through a two year action plan.

Everyone deserves to be respected for who they are. At City West Housing Trust we pledge to spread this message and speak up against hate and intolerance whenever we see it, in our neighbourhoods and at work. That's why we're supporting the "It Gets Better" project.
