Low involvement activities

Take part in a survey

Surveys are a great way for City West and Tenant Groups to gather information about services and planned changes. They allow us to ask structured questions which you can complete in the comfort of your own armchair.

Survey can be posted, conducted over the phone, online and sometimes door-to-door. The information helps City West measure how well we are performing, identify areas of improvement and plan future work.

Please help out at every opportunity as it improves the services that benefit you.

Spend a few hours at a focus group

Focus Groups are the perfect way for you to let us know what you think about all sorts of things from proposed new services, improvements to properties, areas and generally gather information on the way we do things. They can be one-off events or progressive meetings held over a fixed time period.

Focus Groups usually need between 6 and 12 residents which is a good cross section to allow us to accurately gauge reactions, address particular issues, complement other research and learn the customer’s view on things like draft documents and surveys.

To get involved or find out when the next Focus Group is email involved@citywest.org.uk or call your local area office and be part of it!

Work with us on Community Challenge Partnerships (CCPs)

Besides improving your home, City West is also keen to raise the standards in the community and the area where you live. Over the coming weeks, our team will work closely with you and your neighbours to identify how you would like City West to improve your neighbourhood. By listening to what you need and delivering improvements and activities we hope to make these Community Challenge Partnerships a success. There will be one CCP per area at any one time. To find out more or where the CCP is in your area visit the Making a Difference pages.
