Online

To pay online use our secure payment site set up with partner Allpay and follow the guide.

Direct Debit

Arrange for your bank to make payments weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Your local housing office can arrange this for you over the phone.

PayPoint

You can use your City West payment card wherever you see the PayPoint sign. They are usually at newsagents, garages, off licences and convenience stores.

Post Office

Pay by cash, cheque or debit card at any Post Office using your City West payment card.
