Improvements that make an impact

Thank you to everyone who shared thier views by returing a completed STATUS survey. Over 40% of you told us what you love about our services and what we could do better. That is a brilliant response which gives us a good idea of where we can improve our service for you.

As a fairly new organisation, with just over 18 months’ experience, we were delighted with some of the results. However, we understand there is always room for improvement. That is why over the coming weeks, we're working to identify areas where we need to raise the standards of our services. By listening and responding to you we aim to achieve excellent services and become one of the top performing housing organisations in the country.
