Ending your tenancy

If you choose to move on from City West, we have a Just Reward Scheme.

To help us provide you and future customers with the best service, please let us know you’re leaving 4 weeks beforehand. You can do this by writing to our head office, or by going into your local area office where we’ll help you complete the relevant forms.

After that, there is a series of steps you’ll have to go through to make sure your home is in good condition, and that we have everything we need before you leave.

Please note, when you move clearing the property is your responsibility. This means you’ll need to remove all your things even carpets, curtains and any other household items. If anything is left for us to clear you will be charged.
