We want to provide you with the most accurate, up to date and relevant information possible, this is why we set up your local area offices. The staff at these offices are experts in your area, and can help with most enquiries.
Whether you need help with paying your rent, or general advice, please click on your local area below to get the contact details for your local area office. If you are unsure which is your local area office you can enter your house number and postcode to find out. the search will also tell you who your Neighbourhood Officer is as well as details of other members of staff working in your area.
All of the Local Area Offices operate the same opening times:
Phone calls 8.30am to 5.00pm. Monday to Friday Visitors 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. 10.00am to 4.30pm Wednesday
We are also running a 12 week trial to see if it would help if we opened our Local Area Offices on Saturday mornings. Our Little Hulton and Eccles Area Offices are currently open on Saturdays from 10am to 1pm. The last Saturday of the trial is Saturday 21st August 2010.
