Complaints Performance Panel

The City West Customer Complaints Performance Panel scrutinise our performance in handling complaints, and play an important role in helping us to improve the process.

They also play a crucial role in reviewing and helping to resolve stage three complaints (these are complaints that have previously not been resolved earlier in our process)

Places on the Panel are still available.

You don't need any experience, just enthusiasm and we will provide the training you need to review stage three complaints. The panel meets four times a year.
