Committee Membership

City West have three committees to assist in important strategical decisions.

Audit and Risk Committee

This committee meets four times a year and the main function of the committee is to maintain adequate and effective systems of internal control and risk management and making sure the provision of an effective internal auditor function is in operation.

Remuneration and Staffing Committee

This committee meets twice yearly and the main function is to keep under review City West's reward strategy, any Human Resources related organisational arrangements, to adhere to the principles of equality and diversity and to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and good practice.

Operations Group

Meet every month currently and is made up of three Board Members and the Local Area Panel (LAP) Chairs. There main function is to consider the operational delivery of City West's Promises, Strategies and Action Plans as approved by Board.
