We want to thank those customers who pay their rent and contribute to the community in which they live. Over the coming weeks and months, additional benefits will be awarded to customers who actively:

  • Pay rent on time
  • Maintain their properties
  • Promote positive social behaviour
  • Participate in City West events

City West will offer customers, who meet acceptable levels, the following benefits:

  • City West Rewards card offering discounts for the Greater Manchester area
  • Your dedicated website - www.citywestrewards.co.uk
  • Access to over 6,000 offers redeemable either by phone, online or in-store
  • Privileged flyers with tear-out discount coupons

We will continue to develop the offers and benefits. Please note that customers will be excluded from the Rewards Scheme if:

  • they are subject to a court order
  • their home has an outstanding CP12 gas safety certificate
  • they have not given access to their property for improvement works
