Listening to all of our customers is a priority and we encourage youngsters to really get involved and tell us what they think, so they can shape our services too.

How are City West involving youngsters?

We are building a web space specifically for our younger audience where we will post updates on our projects, encourage kids to get involved, and run competitions and surveys to encourage more young people to put forward their ideas.

We are also setting up a Youth Forum, and are developing opportunities for kids to get active in their community. It will provide them with creative and stimulating outlets for their energy and passion, giving them the chance to get involved and really make a difference. It encourages participation, raises self esteem and helps towards shaping a generation that are proud of how they’ve shaped their own environment.

City West need younger customers to help make this happen. We need you to tell us what you think we should be doing, what you’d like to see in the area and what we are missing.
