As part of our Neighbourhoods team, you’ll provide an effective service across a defined neighbourhood, developing and improving those services. You’ll deal with all aspects of letting properties, assist with community initiatives, develop local communications, and ensure any issues which arise in the neighbourhood are resolved.

What you’ll be doing:
- Contributing to the development, implementation, and delivery of Neighbourhood plans
- Developing and maintaining partnerships with key stakeholders
- Collaborating with stakeholders and external agencies to deliver customer-focussed solutions to neighbourhood issues
- Providing customers with advice and support
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent communications skills
- Knowledge of relevant housing legislation
- Experience working within social housing would be ideal
- Access to your own vehicle for work purposes
